River North Clinic (NEW!)

Our River North clinic conducted a soft opening on Monday, July 22, and is fully operational as of Saturday, August 2. Dr. Reshef is currently available at River North on Thursdays. Please look out in the coming weeks for additional updates on River North’s physician schedule.
Arlington Heights Clinic (NEW!)

Our Arlington Heights clinic opened on Monday, August 5, replacing our Jefferson Park clinic. This new location offers monitoring appointments from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 – 9:30 am CT and is closed Friday – Sunday.
Dr. Catenacci is currently available at Arlington Heights on Tuesdays. Dr. Reshef is temporarily available on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Jefferson Park Clinic (NOW CLOSED!)

As part of our transition, our Jefferson Park clinic closed on Friday, August 2. We are immensely grateful for the memories and milestones achieved at Jefferson Park and look forward to continuing our journey with you at Arlington Heights!
Downers Grove Clinic (NEW SCHEDULE!)

Starting Monday, August 5, our Downers Grove Clinic opened for monitoring Monday – Friday from 6:30 – 9:30 am CT. Dr. Schell’s schedule remains unchanged, with availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Gurnee (NO CHANGES)
