We offer 3 pricing plans for frozen donor eggs

  1. The single cycle plan covers use of one lot of 6-8 eggs and does not offer a money back refund if there is not a baby born.
  2. Our shared risk plan using frozen donor eggs covers up to 6 cycles. Each cycle includes use of one lot of 6-8 eggs. The shared risk plan gives back an 80% refund if there is no baby born.
  3. Our 100% refund plan using frozen donor eggs is the same as the shared risk plan except the cost is higher and the refund amount is 100% if there is no baby born.

Most couples will qualify for entry into any of these plans. There are some restrictions for entry into our money back refund plans.

Program Eligibility (using frozen donor eggs)*

To qualify for our refund plans using donor eggs, a couple needs to meet the following requirements:

Tests needed to qualify*

  1. Ultrasound to document that the uterus is normal and that the uterine lining will reach a minimum thickness of 7.0 mm (cost is $250).
  2. Office hysteroscopy and mock embryo transfer to see if the uterine cavity is normal (cost is $500).
  • The female partner must be 49 or younger and be able to finish the program by age 50
  • Couples that have failed 2 or more cycles using fresh donor eggs are not eligible
  • The female partner must be a non-smoker in order to be eligible for the guarantee. We will accept a smoker if she quits entirely by 30 days prior to the start of medications. This is documented with urine and/or blood tests.
  • Women that are significantly overweight (Body Mass Index over 35) are not eligible
  • Women that are significantly underweight (Body Mass Index under 19) are not eligible
  • Women with a hydrosalpinx are not eligible. However, they can have the hydrosalpinx surgically removed and then could qualify.
  • If egg donation has been attempted previously, copies of recipient lining prep records and embryology records must be submitted to us for review
  • The male must have over 100,000 motile sperm in his ejaculate
  • The couple must be willing to have ICSI and freeze any leftover viable embryos (frozen embryos are always used before another fresh attempt)

*We reserve the right to approve or deny entry to our guarantees on a case by case basis.

Program Terms

  • If, after 6 completed frozen egg thaw cycles no live birth has resulted (and all available frozen embryos have been transferred), the refundable portion will be returned.
  • If you get pregnant and have a baby, we keep the entire fee.

We reserve the right to terminate the patient's participation after each completed cycle (very rare). Likewise, the couple has the right to terminate participation after each completed cycle (after all frozen embryos have been transferred).

  • If our center terminates the couple's frozen donor egg guarantee plan early (before the completion of all allowed attempts), the higher refund amount will be returned.
  • If the couple quits the guarantee program before they complete all 6 egg thaw cycles the refund amount is lower (see bottom row in table above for details).

The program must be completed within 24 months from the first egg thaw cycle. If pregnancy is not achieved after embryo transfer, the couple will usually move ahead soon with a frozen embryo transfer, or a repeat egg thaw cycle if there are no frozen embryos remaining.

Included services:

  • Egg lot and egg thawing
  • Fertilization with ICSI
