How much does IVF with a donor egg cost?
Single Cycle with Fresh Eggs
Our current cost for a complete egg donation cycle is $30,000 with an AFCC donor. This price includes the donor fee, administration fee, and donor insurance fee. Our current cost for a complete egg donation cycle with an agency donor is $20,000. This price includes the donor administration and insurance fees. However, it does not include outside agency fees.
Shared Risk Fresh Donor Eggs (80% Refundable)
- Refundable portion (80%): $33,600
- Nonrefundable portion (20%): $8,400
- Donor fee (per cycle): $10,000 – $12,000
- Donor insurance fee (per cycle): $500
- Total amount due (per cycle): $52,500 – $54,500
Please note that the shared risk plan includes 4 fresh cycles and any associated frozen transfer cycles. Patients will owe $10,000-$12,000 (donor fees) for each fresh cycle. Clinical qualifications are required for the shared risk program. Preimplantation genetic testing packages are available upon request.
Single Cycle with Frozen Eggs
- Frozen donor egg lot only (includes one lot of six eggs): $16,000
- Frozen donor cycle with embryo transfer, including thaw, fertilization, and culture: $4,500
- Total price for frozen egg donor cycle: $20,500
Please note that larger lots are $1,000 additional per extra egg.

- Embryo freezing (including 1 year of storage): $1,000
- Sperm freezing: $200
- Frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle with leftover frozen embryos: $4,500
- FET cycle without monitoring: $4,000
- Embryo storage per year (after first year): $1,000

Please note that the shared risk plan includes up to six egg thaw cycles and any associated frozen transfer cycles. Each cycle includes one lot of five to seven eggs. Clinical qualifications are required for the shared risk program.
